Before becoming Vallée des Loisirs, the lake and its surroundings were an agricultural area, cultivated by several families from Lafrançaise.
Father Cantarel was the town's wizard at the time, protecting it and enforcing local laws.
He also participated in the construction of the Vallée des Loisirs.
With this treasure hunt, you will follow in the footsteps of Father Cantarel, a character who remains part of Lafrançaise’s history...

Practical information: You can park your car in the St. George's Church parking lot.


Tip: Before starting this activity, it is advisable to wear suitable outdoor clothing. Opt for comfortable shoes, bring water to stay hydrated, and, if you wish, a picnic. Be careful of slippery ground after rain, as the route passes through the woods.
