The road of Gargantua

Choose a way of moving around (car, motorbike or bicycle)to follow Gargantua all around the Haut-Allier. He’s hungry, and in order to have something to eat, he needs to add up the alphabet letters composing the name of one of the most famous specialities of the region. With his huge legs, the giant glutton will go very fast from one mission to the other. But he needs your help to fulfil the missions and obtain letters. You can go from one stop to the other, in whatever order you prefer, and stay as long as you want. You will discover each time incredible sites! Have fun discovering our beautiful territory.  

Practical Information :

• The trail is 50 kms long – 800 m of elevation gain
• It can be done with a car, a motorbike, or a bicycle for the sporty ones
• Duration of the trail: about 3 h when driving a car
• This trail is not pas accessible to people with reduced mobility and to families with strollers
• Route impassable in snowy weather 

Follow the signs to reach the stopover. Once in the right place, your phone will ring and start to vibrate. You will then have to solve the given mission! 

To complete this route, you will take the road network. Stay alert and careful.
