Balfredino, the mischievous draught
The name "Boffres" derives from its old name, "Balfredo" – a cold, craggy rock over which an icy wind blows in winter.
From this wind escaped a mischievous little breeze called Balfredino, which loves to steal away the sounds, smells and objects that take its fancy with a single breath.
In Boffres, it’s a piece of music that has flown away.
